Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced French-speaking Strategy Consultant to own client engagements from analysis to implementation. You will work with leadership teams to set priorities and translate them into practical plans across markets, supported by technology-driven insights.

The role involves leading workshops, presenting to executives and guiding junior colleagues, with a hybrid working model and international project exposure.

Formación

• Fluent French and English required.
• Minimum 3 years in strategy consulting or in-house strategy.
• Experience leading client workstreams or complex projects.
• Confident presenting to executives and facilitating workshops.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced French speaking Strategy Consultant who wants greater ownership of client work and the chance to see what happens after the recommendations are agreed.

You will work directly with leadership teams to assess opportunities, set strategic priorities, and build practical plans around them. The firm remains involved during implementation, helping clients build the capability to continue delivering after the engagement ends.

Projects span different sectors and international markets, with technology and AI-supported research helping consultants develop insights and keep complex programmes moving.

The role

About you

• Fluent French and English
• At least three years' strategy consulting or genuine in-house strategy experience
• Experience leading client workstreams or complex strategic projects
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Confident presenting to executives and facilitating workshops
• Comfortable managing clients and supporting junior colleagues
• Master's degree with a strong academic record
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Additional European languages would be beneficial.
