French Selection is seeking a fluent French-speaking Sales Account Manager based in the Knowle area (West Midlands) to manage and grow existing customer relationships and pursue new business opportunities across French-speaking markets. You will travel to France for trade shows and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and wholesale customers.

The role requires proven sales/account management experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, target-driven

Responsibilities

French Speaking Sales Account Manager

Location: Knowle – Warwickshire / Birmingham area, West Midlands
Near Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and Warwick

Own transport required for daily commuting to the office

Salary: Up to £35,000 plus monthly on-target bonus

Main duties: Managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities across the French-speaking markets

The role:

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts through upselling
• Research and identify new business opportunities with retailers and wholesale customers
• Maintain successful, long-term relationships with buyers and retail partners
• Promote new product launches and drive repeat business.
• Re-engage previous customers and identify opportunities to grow their accounts.
• Attend trade shows in France, normally twice a year, to showcase products and develop customer relationships
• Manage sales opportunities and grow the company’s presence across French-speaking markets

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
• Experience in sales and/or account management, ideally within a B2B environment
• Willingness to travel to France for trade shows
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Proactive and commercially minded, with an interest in developing new business
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Up to £35,000 plus monthly on-target bonus
