Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Optics, Photonics, Physics or Electrical Engineering preferred).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Providing technical assistance and product recommendations to customers.
• Handling customer inquiries and supporting account management.
