Job summary

Euro London is seeking a Travel Consultant to design tailor-made journeys for a sophisticated premium clientele. You will blend travel expertise with luxury trends and service quality, becoming a trusted contact for unforgettable experiences worldwide.

You will advise premium cardholders in French and English by phone and email, handle inquiries from quote to billing, and arrange reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies. A passion for travel and luxury lifestyle is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent language skills in professional French and English (written and spoken, CEFR C2).
• Additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage.
• Tertiary qualification in tourism or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in travel, tour operator, or agency.
• GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus.
• Excellent destination knowledge across global regions.
• Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle including gastronomy, events, culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude aligned with company values.
• Available full-time (40 hrs/week).
• Flexibility: 5 days a week, 08:00–20:00, UK/Spain and 7:00–22:00, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Advising premium cardholders by phone and email in French and English.
• Handling inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips.
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and itineraries.
• Advising and facilitating unique travel experiences.
• Selling special promotions and exclusive offers.
