Job summary

HLX Life Sciences is seeking a Freelance CRA in the UK on a part-time, sponsor-dedicated project. The role covers monitoring across sites, initiation, close-out visits, and ongoing site communications.

Travel to sites in France is a plus, with strong ICH-GCP knowledge and multinational trial experience. Fluency in French and English is required, and the candidate must be UK-based with willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Strong independent CRA and site monitoring experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• UK based with the ability to travel for site visits.
• Experience on global/multinational clinical trials.
• Experience monitoring sites in France is ideal.
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP and trial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing monitoring activities across assigned clinical trial sites.
• Conducting site initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits.
• Managing site relationships and acting as a key contact for investigators.
• Monitoring recruitment, data quality, and site performance metrics.
• Escalating site-level risks and supporting issue resolution.
• Ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Reviewing source documentation and site files.
• Supporting study start-up and site activation activities.
• Completing monitoring reports within timelines.
