Job summary

HLX Life Sciences is seeking a freelance CRA for a part-time, sponsor-dedicated project in the UK. The successful candidate will monitor sites, initiate visits, and support site activation across international trials, with fluency in French and English.

This role requires UK-based status, willingness to travel for site visits, and a solid knowledge of ICH-GCP. Experience in France or multicountry trials is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong independent CRA and site monitoring experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• UK based with ability to travel for site visits.
• Experience on global/multinational clinical trials.
• Experience monitoring sites in France is a plus.
• Comfortable working across international study teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and trial regulations.
• Oncology, Rare Disease and/or Neurology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing monitoring activities across assigned clinical trial sites
• Conducting site initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits
• Managing site relationships and acting as a key contact for investigators
• Monitoring recruitment, data quality, site performance and study metrics
• Identifying site-level risks and supporting issue resolution
• Ensuring compliance with protocol, ICH-GCP and local regulations
• Reviewing source documentation and study files
• Supporting study start-up and site activation
• Completing monitoring reports within timelines
