Customer Service Representative with French Language and English

What our client offers:

• Office-based at our fantastic centre located between Bournemouth and Poole.
• Permanent Contract of Employment
• Salary: £22,666.98 per annum plus an opportunity to earn an additional £1066.67 annual performance-based bonus.
• £500 joining bonus as a thank-you for joining the company!
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with shifts scheduled between 8:00 and 20:15, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 weekends worked from 8:45 to 17:15.
• Full training provided – just be tech-savvy, and our trainers will do the rest!

• Provide inbound customer service in French via phone, chat, and email regarding Android apps and hardware, mobile/desktop, payments, cloud storage, accounts, and other end-user issues.
• Work on our clients’ modern systems, databases, and applications with access to exciting new technology from this leading global technology brand.
• Receive continuous support from our team of Expert Agents dedicated to helping you at any point during your shift.
• Enjoy excellent inductions, paid training, and on-the-job support. You only need to be PC literate.
