Our client, a top CLO and asset management firm, is looking for a Credit Analyst with buy-side large-cap experience to join their growing Private Debt team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values work-life balance and career development.

The Role

You’ll help manage investments in European private debt, mainly financing companies involved in mergers, acquisitions, and other major events.

Key Responsibilities

• Credit and Financial Analysis: Assess the financial health of companies for new investment opportunities.
• Financial Modeling: Build and update models to forecast performance and risks.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Help manage existing loans and flag key developments.
• Team Collaboration: Work with risk, legal, and ESG teams during due diligence.
• Presentations and Communication: Prepare analysis for senior management and work closely with banks and clients.

Experience required

• Proven experience in large-cap leveraged finance loans or investment analysis, preferably within the European market.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with solid proficiency in financial modelling.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
