Job summary

Virtu Financial is seeking an Analytics Client Support specialist to help clients get the most from our analytics product suite, analyze trade data, and prepare actionable recommendations.

You will join a global team, collaborate with traders, analysts, and developers, and contribute to consulting projects and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in finance or fintech, strong communication, and interest in data-driven insights; French language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a financial institution.
• Excellent academic background. Business, Economics, or Data Analytics degrees preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build relationships.
• Analytically minded, data-driven thinker.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player with collaborative spirit.
• Some programming experience (Python) a plus; eager to learn.
• Fluency in French.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external clients in using Virtu's Analytics product suite.
• Analyze trade data for insights and actionable recommendations.
• Create and deliver client presentations on transaction costs and bespoke research.
• Contribute to sales, product initiatives and thought leadership content.
• Leverage data, technology and automation to drive operational improvements.
