Job Title: French Speaking Business Advisor

Location: Lichfield (hybrid)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Contract: Permanent

Are you a motivated and driven individual with a passion for helping others fill their potential? Do you have strong communication skills in French and experience in a customer-facing role? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Business Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, helping prospective franchisees embark on their journey to success. This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to work in a thriving environment with significant career progression potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow-up on leads generated primarily through social media channels to identify potential franchisees.
  2. Screen potential candidates over the phone to ensure they are a suitable fit for setting up their own business.
  3. Provide support throughout the franchisee journey, including contract generation, financial advice, and logistics related to product offerings.
  4. Maintain strong communication with prospective candidates, guiding them through every stage of the process.
  5. Manage a high volume of calls, so a professional and clear telephone manner is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Native French speaker is essential for this role.
  2. A background in banking, insurance, or legal is highly advantageous but not essential.
  3. Excellent telephone manner with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
  4. Ability to travel regularly to Lichfield for in-office days (hybrid working arrangement).
  5. Motivated and hardworking with a proactive attitude.
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment is a plus.
