Rapidly expanding service provider to the Tourism sector professionals

French speaking Account Executive
Location: Dartford
Hybrid working model
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum
Ref: 5473F

Main duties:

  1. You will be in charge of a wide range of operations for this niche business including processing clients’ initial requests, providing customer support and liaising with suppliers.
  2. Be the main point of contact for clients and process their reservation requests efficiently by email and over the phone.
  3. Provide supplier and client support and process their enquiries.
  4. Submit quotations to clients in a timely and efficient manner and in writing.
  5. Negotiate best industry rates with suppliers.
  6. Develop industry knowledge in order to provide best advice and support to both regular clients and newcomers.
  7. Expand product range by identifying new potential supply partners and introducing the business to them.
  8. Visit suppliers when needed in order to develop product knowledge.

Candidate's Profile

  1. Full fluency in French.
  2. Experience working in a business-to-business environment is essential.
  3. Experience working in the Tourism or Travel industry would be a real bonus.
  4. Computer literate.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Able to prioritise workload and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
