Randstad Education is proud to be working with a progressive and inclusive secondary School, currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic French/Spanish Teacher. This full-time, permanent role begins in September and offers the chance to transform how students experience and engage with modern languages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality French and/or Spanish lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
• Plan creative, culturally rich lessons that encourage curiosity and communication
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate a range of learning needs and levels
• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Inspire a passion for languages through engaging and hands-on experiences.
• Assist in departmental planning and support extracurricular language activities.
• Contribute to a dynamic School environment through active involvement and teamwork.

Requirements

• QTS or PGCE qualification is essential
• Proven experience teaching French or Spanish at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) levels
• Strong classroom management and engaging lesson delivery
• A genuine enthusiasm for languages and cultural exchange
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
• Two recent professional references from educational settings based on recent experience.
