French or German speaking Customer Service Executive

A dynamic company is seeking a French or German speaking Customer Service Executive to be working from their office in Cheshire. This newly created position focuses on supporting customers across Europe, requiring fluency in German or French, with additional European languages considered a strong advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and on-board new clients
  • Provide excellent service to convert quotes into sales
  • Identify tailored solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Manage orders, issue invoices, and follow up on payments efficiently

About you:

The ideal candidate is fluent in German or French, has strong communication skills, is organised, detail-oriented and is proactive. They bring experience in customer service, administration, and sales, alongside proficiency in IT tools like CRM systems and Microsoft Office. You are required to work full time from their office in Cheshire.
