We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic French and German Teacher to join a dedicated MFL team at a vibrant school. If you're passionate about languages and want to ignite a love of French and German in young learners, we’d love to hear from you. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as French/German Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in French and/or German

• Inspire pupils to develop a passion for language learning and intercultural understanding

• Prepare students for internal assessments and public examinations where applicable

• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including EAL and SEND pupils

• Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and extra-curricular activities (e.g. language clubs, trips)

• Support the school’s ethos and values, working collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Ideal French/German Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Is able to teach French and/or German to at least KS3 (ideally KS4)

• Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning as a French.German Teacher.

• Uses creativity and modern approaches to language teaching

• Has strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management
