About the opportunity:

1. Outlier is looking for talented writers with fluency in French to help train generative artificial intelligence models.
2. This freelance opportunity is remote and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever is best for you.
3. Your tasks will include reading French (Canada) text to rank responses produced by an AI model, writing short stories in French (Canada) on given topics, and assessing whether AI-generated French (Canada) text is factually accurate.

Examples of desirable expertise:

1. Experience as a professional translator.
2. Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
3. Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Payment:

1. Average pay rates for core project work by French (Canada) writing experts are around $28 USD per hour.
