We are recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Assistant to speak both French and English.

Main Purpose of role:

• Responding to English and French emails, answering calls in both languages,
• Dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies between English and French,
• Delivering customer service excellence in all interactions over the phone, email, social media, and live chat.

The Multilingual Consultant will report to the French Team Leader.

You should have:

• A natural ability to communicate and empathize,

Salary: £13.00 per hour plus a possible monthly bonus of up to £100.

Location: Main Office in Ringwood, Hampshire.

Hours: 40 paid hours per week.

Shifts: Rota hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 22:00.
