Salary: £164 – £240 per day (dependent on experience and pay scale)

Connex Education Partnership is currently recruiting a talented and enthusiastic French and Spanish Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in Birmingham from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated language specialist to inspire students and promote a love for languages across Key Stage 3 and 4.

The Role:
  • Deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish to students aged 11–16

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback

  • Contribute to the MFL department and participate in school-wide activities and events

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Strong subject knowledge in both French and Spanish

  • Experience teaching MFL in a UK secondary school (KS3 and KS4)

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • A passion for languages and the ability to motivate students of all abilities
