Job summary

We serve a wide range of needs: from traditional telecom applications and webscale service provider infrastructures to offshore oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Management of freighter mobilization, transfer operations worldwide for telecommunications cable and submerged equipment
  • Design of cable storage and handling equipment
  • Managing fabrication, commissioning, and maintenance of cable handling equipment
  • Supervision of teams, QHSE, and cost control for freighter and depot operations
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and vessel crew
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Marine Engineering and general systems on ships, machinery, and hydraulics
  • Basic vessel stability calculations, steel work, CAD skills
  • Understanding of materials used in marine environments
  • Basic electrical engineering principles, circuit theory, and power systems
  • Mathematics skills including differential equations
  • Offshore safety, lifting, and sling knowledge
  • Shipping qualifications: vessel itinerary planning, ISPS code, port operations, regulatory experience
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MCA certification
