Our client is a leading British logistics provider headquartered in Birmingham, offering supply chain management, transformation, and delivery projects including Forwarding, 3PL, 4PL, with extensive operational knowledge from a Freight Forwarder and Logistics Service Provider, serving a diverse portfolio of inbound and outbound blue-chip clients.

We are recruiting for a Freight Solutions Development Manager in the Birmingham area.

This role involves working with Customer Solutions & Account Management to identify, develop, and deliver compelling value propositions for new and existing strategic customers. The focus is on developing long-term partnerships through joint value creation initiatives.

The Customer Solutions function acts as a business consultancy, leveraging extensive supply chain and freight forwarding knowledge to develop innovative solutions for customers.

The successful candidate will develop, position, and demonstrate product-specific solutions during sales cycles, supporting the Customer Solutions and Account Management teams to deliver compelling value propositions to our most strategic clients.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Supply Chain Management / Freight Forwarding consultative experience
