Multi-Modal Exports Executive

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Modal Exports Executive to oversee import and export shipments from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods. The role involves handling both LTL and FTL shipments, including hazardous materials, coordinating customs clearance, and managing documentation such as Delivery Orders (DOs) and Bills of Lading (B/Ls).

Key responsibilities include scheduling shipments, monitoring milestones within CargoWise, managing supplier invoices, and maintaining communication with clients and partners. The candidate must follow SOPs, achieve KPIs, and manage freight forwarding operations independently while collaborating with various stakeholders for seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
• Experience with operations and regulations
• Cargowise experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication
