Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Freight & Logistics Coordinator/Key Account Coordinator. You will support customers from enquiry through to delivery, liaising with suppliers, agents and internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely service.

Training is available for candidates with the right attitude and commercial mindset. The role demands proactive communication, strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing customer queries via telephone and email.
• Monitoring and managing a shared inbox.
• Processing customer bookings and inputting data into internal systems.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and overseas agents.
• Preparing, checking and sending customer documentation.
• Producing bills of lading and providing instructions.
• Understanding customer requirements and ensuring delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and service.
• Managing workload and prioritising tasks to deadlines.
