Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight/shipping industry.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipment trackers and update information from suppliers/forwarders.
• Cross-reference packing lists and forecast data to flag discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly OTIF and performance reports for forwarders and THG.
• Support cost tracking and invoice/purchase order accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time stock deliveries.
