Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing accounts long-term.
  • Identify and target potential customers through proactive sales activity.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Work towards agreed revenue and GP targets with uncapped earning potential.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and client presentations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales / business development.
  • Strong knowledge of international freight services (air, ocean, or road).
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Results-driven, ambitious, and keen to grow with a developing UK team.
  • Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
