Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full freight forwarding process from quoting to invoicing
• Handle daily import and export documentation and procedures

• Maintain excellent service standards and timely communication
• Work independently while also supporting the wider team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in freight forwarding (import/export)
• Experience running groupage services is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and prioritise workloads
• Imports experience required
• Driver with own transport preferred (due to office location)
• Must be a UK resident with full right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
