Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30
Location: Dartford
Salary: £27,000-£35,000
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Freight Customer Service Administrator to join a busy logistics operation in Dartford. You will play a key role in managing the administration of European and UK road customer service operations, ensuring all shipments are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with internal standards. You will act as the main point of contact for internal departments and customers, providing timely updates, resolving queries, and supporting a smooth shipment process.
