Job description

Overview

Ocado Logistics in Dordon is hiring a Warehouse Freezer Operative. You’ll work in a large freezer with temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided for safety. You’ll be at the heart of our delivery team helping ensure every one of our 215,000 orders per week is correct, received undamaged, and on time, every time. We operate a 24-hour warehouse, so there’s a shift to suit everyone.

Shift Options

• Daytime: 4:30 am – 2:30 pm (any 4 days out of 7)
• Nighttime: 6:35 pm – 4:35 am (any 4 days out of 7)

What We Offer (from 4 August 2025)

• Starting salary: £13.26 per hour (including a freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am)
• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate
