Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a Freezer Warehouse Operative to join a team dedicated to accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment in a frozen environment. You will work in temperatures as low as -27°C and receive full protective clothing and training to help you succeed.

No prior warehouse experience is required; if you are reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn, we will support your development with ongoing training and opportunities for progression. Applicants must be 18 or older.

• If you’re reliable, positive, enjoy being part of a team and are ready to learn, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

• Pick and pack products in temperatures of up to -27°C.
• Ensure thousands of customer orders leave the site accurately, safely and on time.
• Work within a frozen operation with full protective clothing provided.

As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you\'ll play a vital role in ensuring thousands of customer orders leave our site accurately, safely and on time. Working within our frozen operation, you\'ll pick and pack products in temperatures of up to -27°C. Don\'t worry, your comfort and safety are our priority. Full thermal protective clothing and equipment are provided, giving you everything you need to succeed. You\'ll be part of a supportive team where hard work is recognised and development opportunities are always available.

Shift Pattern

Days

06:00 - 16:00 - Any 4 days from 7

Nights

19:00 - 06:00 - Any 4 days from 7

Pay and Rewards

• £13.89 per hour (including Freezer Premium)


• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate


• Core Roster: Enjoy greater certainty and work-life balance with a fixed working pattern provided 6 to 13 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan around family, friends and personal commitments.
