Job Description:

Here at Ocado Logistics in Andover, it’s all go. Join friendly, welcoming teams and enjoy a great work/life balance. As a Warehouse Freezer Operative, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.

You will work in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided for your safety. If you enjoy cold environments, this is the job for you! You will ensure our 60,000 weekly orders are correct, undamaged, and delivered on time.

We operate 24-hour warehouses, offering shifts for early birds and night owls:

• Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 off)
• Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01/hour (including freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50/hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate
