As a Warehouse Freezer Operative, you’ll work in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided to ensure safety, so if you enjoy cold environments, this is the role for you! You’ll be at the heart of our delivery team, ensuring that our 60,000 orders per week are accurate, undamaged, and delivered on time.

We operate a 24-hour warehouse, offering shifts suitable for all preferences:

• Day shift: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Night shift: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01 per hour (including a freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50 per hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime at basic rate
