Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking freelance Wellness Instructors to lead yoga, Pilates, breathwork or sound healing sessions at Ardencote Manor in Warwick. This flexible, self-employed role offers £30 per hour with sessions scheduled around a wellness timetable and guest demand.

You'll deliver welcoming, professional classes, adapt for beginners and varying abilities, and ensure safety and equipment readiness. Applicants must hold relevant qualifications, insurance, and rights to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified in at least one discipline (Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, or Sound Healing).
• Proof of safe practice and ability to modify sessions.
• Current public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality classes in your discipline.
• Create a calm, welcoming environment.
• Adapt sessions for beginners and mixed abilities.
• Provide demonstrations and appropriate alternatives.
• Conduct pre-class checks on health and safety.
• Prepare studio/equipment before sessions.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and used safely.
• Deliver classes promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Spa/Leisure/Wellness teams.
