The project focuses on enhancing a SharePoint-based internal insights hub, a tool used by teams across the business to access customer research and strategic insights.This hub was originally built by a research team, and now needs a UX expert to shape it into a more usable, intuitive and structured experience for internal colleagues of all levels. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the discovery phase: conducting interviews and workshops with internal colleagues to understand user needs
  • Mapping and simplifying complex access flows across a 100+ page SharePoint hub
  • Designing new landing page experiences and information architecture
  • Creating clear signposting and navigation tailored to different user profiles (from senior leaders to junior staff)
  • Applying UX thinking to help users “find what they don’t know they’re looking for”
  • Translating research insights into meaningful design improvements
  • Updating SharePoint pages directly (you’ll need to be hands-on with the tool)
  • Collaborating closely with research teams and internal stakeholders to gather input and iterate quickly
