Job Description:

Your Next Chapter: Freelance Travel & Scheduling Consultant – Work from Home, International Impact

Are you ready for a role that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work at the heart of the contemporary art world?

Join L2 Projects at a pivotal moment and become our agency's go-to expert for travel logistics and international project management.

This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to shape your professional journey while gaining valuable experience and insight into the arts and cultural sector.

Working collaboratively with a friendly, distributed team of established freelance professionals there is ample scope to pool knowledge and carve out your own specialism.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting one or two clients, providing dedicated assistance that enables them to deliver world-class exhibitions and events.

Enjoy the freedom of a freelance role with the ability to set your own working hours.

Successful delivery of the role is expected to require between 25-40 hours per week and can be primarily remote working. Your presence at weekly client meetings in central London will be highly valued, allowing you to build strong relationships and gain a deeper understanding of our clients' needs and communication preferences.

No two days are the same.

One day you might be liaising with global arts institutions to coordinate complex international travel arrangements, managing invitations and requests, and ensuring every detail is accurately recorded and aligned with a range of stakeholders.

The next, you'll be collating information, conducting independent research and preparing to brief clients on your recommendations for maximising opportunities and resources in accordance with their long-term goals.

This role offers a varied and stimulating context in which your organisational skills, proactive thinking, and problem-solving abilities will be challenged and rewarded.

What's Needed to Succeed?

You'll be curious, self-motivated, and a creative problem-solver, resilient and adaptable to last-minute changes, with both a granular eye for detail and an appreciation of the bigger picture.

You're a confident communicator, completely in your element managing an ever-changing set of priorities and deadlines with tact and discretion.

In-depth experience of international travel arrangements will set you up for success in this role. Knowledge of the arts sector is not essential.

We are happy to consider applicants from non-traditional backgrounds with transferable skills and enthusiasm for providing high-quality services.

You might be an EA/PA keen for more autonomy and flexibility. Or maybe you're a project manager or travel coordinator from an adjacent industry looking to leverage your skills for clients who highly value your initiative and expertise.

Whatever your experience and reasons for applying, we are excited to hear from you!
