The Opportunity
We’re launching a new employer brand TikTok channel to give people a genuine, behind-the scenes look at life inside our organisation.
This isn’t a glossy recruitment ad feed — it’s an ongoing, authentic, self-aware conversation with our audience.
We want people to step inside, see what we’re really like, and decide if they want to stay.
We’re looking for a TikTok-native creator to help us build and maintain this presence over the coming months, with the aim of establishing a long-term creative relationship.
Role Purpose
To produce scroll-stopping, authentic, lo-fi TikTok content that:
• Closes the Awareness Gap — showing people who we are, beyond the consumer brands they may already know.
• Closes the Curiosity Gap — giving an honest, engaging view of what it’s really like to work here.
What You’ll Do
• Work from our content strategy to bring ideas to life in platform-native ways.
• Shoot and edit TikToks that feel genuine, creative, and culturally fluent.
• Capture people, spaces, and moments that bring our culture to life.
• Incorporate trends and sounds in a way that fits our brand voice.
• Collaborate with our employer brand team for quick feedback loops.
• Stay on top of TikTok formats, editing styles, and career-related trends (#CareerTok).
