Job summary

Arcola Theatre is seeking skilled theatre technicians to join our freelance technical pool. You will work as part of our Technical team as a duty technician overseeing afternoon and evening performances, and contribute to delivering Arcola’s new work while maintaining our technical provision.

• The role requires skilled theatre/event technicians with broad capabilities.
• Experience with lighting and sound is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of afternoon and evening performances as a duty technician.
• Work as part of Arcola’s Technical team to maintain and develop technical provision.
• Contribute to delivering Arcola’s new work with a flexible, proactive approach.

Job description

We are looking for skilled theatre Technicians to join our freelance technical pool.

Particularly those with a broad skillset encompassing lighting and sound, and good at problem solving under pressure.

You will work as part of Arcola’s Technical team as a duty technician overseeing the delivery of afternoon and evening performances. You will also be part of the team helping to deliver Arcola’s new work and maintaining the technical provision in our theatre.
