Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Sponsorship Consultant to help identify, approach, and secure sponsorships that align with The Pando Podcast’s mission and audience. This freelance role offers flexible, remote work and requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills to build meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential sponsors whose values and offerings align with The Pando Podcast’s regenerative and sustainability themes

• Develop tailored sponsorship packages and compelling proposals that resonate with sponsors and listeners alike

• Conduct outreach, pitch sponsorship opportunities, and negotiate sponsorship agreements effectively

• Manage sponsor relationships to ensure fulfillment of deliverables and mutual satisfaction

• Track, report, and strategize on sponsorship performance and new opportunities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience securing and managing sponsorships, preferably for podcasts or related media projects

• Strong skills in proposal development, negotiation, and relationship management

• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently with initiative and professionalism

• Familiarity with sustainability, regenerative practices, slow food, fashion, or farming sectors is a strong advantage

Compensation:

• Freelance/contract role with payment on a project, hourly, or commission basis (negotiable)
