Job Description:

Do you live and breathe social? Dream in trends and captions?

We’re on the lookout for a Freelance Social Media Account Manager for a 3 month contract starting ASAP. You'll be working with our award-winning Brand team and lead the charge across exciting campaigns in sport and health tech. If you're passionate about content that cuts through, quick on the trends, and thrive in a newsroom-style environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role

This is a brilliant freelance opportunity to shape social-first work for some of the world’s biggest brands, from scroll-stopping content to influencer moments and everything in between. You’ll plug into a talented, creative team and help us bring ideas to life with flair and precision.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  1. Drive campaign planning and content creation across major social platforms.
  2. Be a go-to expert on trends, formats and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with our in-house creative and production teams on standout assets.
  4. Manage timelines, client approvals and delivery workflows.
  5. Contribute to campaign reporting, insights and optimisation.
  6. Build strong working relationships with clients, creators and influencers.

About you

We're looking for a proactive social native with:

  • Experience working on social media campaigns and fast-moving social newsrooms.
  • Passionate about social media, pop culture, trends, and the digital space – you know what’s next before it hits the mainstream.
  • A flair for storytelling, copywriting and creative ideation.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Experience in sport or healthcare/life sciences, but not essential.
  • Confidence working with influencer and creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Why FH?

We have been named PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year and Best Places to Work; a “Standout Agency” on Advertising Age’s A-List; NAFE’s “Top 50 Companies for Executive Women” for six years running; and among our firm’s award-winning work we’ve taken home five Lions in the past two years at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment for everyone. As the only PR Agency awarded EY’s National Equality Standard (twice!), all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age. Do let us know if you need any adjustments made during the job application process.

The Brand & Consumer Team

We’re a friendly and dedicated team of 35+ that thrives on big ideas and diversity of thought. With a strong and growing portfolio of clients, we create transformative consumer campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands that cut across culture, entertainment, sports, travel and tech. Our work is inspired by culture – we collaborate to acknowledge and celebrate it. This helps our ideas reach people all over the world – whether it's working with creators, launching new products and partnerships, or hosting events. As a team, we bring a variety of lived experiences, talents and passions to the table and that’s a hallmark of our work. We’re committed to creating work that holds a mirror to society, so that people and communities not only feel seen in our campaigns but also spark reflection and change in the world.
