Job description

We’re working with an exciting new fitness and wellness concept launching in the heart of Notting Hill. Combining the energy of a boutique studio with the exclusivity of a members’ club, this is a brand built around movement, mindfulness, and modern luxury.

They’re now looking for a freelance Junior Social Media Executive / Content Creator to support their early-stage growth—someone who can capture the brand’s aesthetic, tell its story, and drive engagement through compelling, on-brand content.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a creative, purpose-led team on a concept with serious potential. If you’re confident behind a camera, fluent in social media, and comfortable working in a wellness-led space, read on.

The Role:

● £200-250/ per day

● Working Hours - 2 days onsite per week

Reporting to:

• The Marketing Lead

The Role...

You’ll be responsible for ideating, planning, capturing, and publishing content across social channels -primarily Instagram, with a clear focus on driving engagement, building community, and establishing the brand’s tone and visual identity.

  • Capture and create compelling short-form video and photo content that reflects the brand’s identity
  • Own day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram (with potential to expand to TikTok or other platforms)
  • Engage with the community via DMs, comments, and story responses to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth), and report back with learnings and next steps
  • Stay ahead of trends, reels formats, and platform updates, adapting content accordingly
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and studio events team to plan and capture in-studio moments, classes, activations, and BTS content
  • Brief in or collaborate with external designers as needed (design skills a bonus, but not required)

The Person...

  • 1 years of experience running or assisting with social channels, freelance or in-house
  • Confident videographer with experience shooting and editing content for reels/stories in fitness or lifestyle settings
  • Eye for aesthetics and storytelling—able to bring a wellness space to life on screen
  • Excellent copywriting skills for captions, community management, and light-touch brand voice building
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to manage content calendars and posting schedules
  • Up-to-date with current content trends, meme culture, and platform shifts
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and creative storytelling.
  • Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Shows a keen interest in the startup ecosystem
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and stand-out content.
  • Shows proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Has a flare for creative out of the box thinking. Is proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
