Approx. 3 Weeks Contract | Immediate Start
Project: Modern Extension to Listed House – North Oxford

We are seeking a Site Manager (Finishing Manager) to support our existing Site Manager on a high-quality residential project in North Oxford.

About the Role:
You'll be joining the team to assist in the final stages of a modern extension on a listed property. This is a hands-on, quality-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on detail and enjoys driving standards on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take daily instruction from the lead Site Manager

* Push subcontractors to maintain programme and quality

* Identify and manage snagging

* Ensure all finishing works meet the highest standards

* Maintain a clean and safe site

Requirements:
