A leading company in Lutterworth seeks a Project Manager to oversee the conversion of a storage unit into a research facility. Responsibilities include managing the project lifecycle, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Candidates must have relevant certifications and experience with principal contractors.

• Experience working for a principal contractor with CAT A/B fitout is preferred.

Job description

15 Million conversion of an existing storage/distribution unit into a research/development facility which involves the installation of a sprinkler tank, photovoltaic panels, and other associated equipment.

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage the project from inception through to completion and handover to the client.
2. Oversee daily management and supervision of the client's subcontractor labour.
3. Conduct site inductions, prepare RAMS, and coordinate the Health & Safety programme.
4. Attend client/contractor progress meetings and deliver progress reports to the Project Manager.
5. Experience working for a principal contractor with CAT A/B fitout is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid certification
