Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an experienced and highly competent Site Manager to oversee and coordinate activities on a high-rise residential RC frame project. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing both external and internal construction phases, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily site operations, managing subcontractors, trades, and direct labour.
2. Oversee construction of reinforced concrete frames, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with design.
3. Manage externals: façades, cladding, windows, brickwork, roofing, and landscaping.
4. Coordinate internals: drylining, M&E first and second fix, flooring, finishes, and snagging.
5. Ensure work is executed in line with project specifications, drawings, and health & safety standards.
6. Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Team, QS, and other stakeholders.
7. Manage and monitor programme schedules, reporting progress and delays.
8. Maintain site records, reports, and documentation including site diaries and health & safety logs.
9. Enforce and promote a strong health and safety culture on site.
10. Contribute to resolving technical and logistical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Strong background in managing both external works and internal fit-outs.
• SMSTS, CSCS card (Black or Gold), and First Aid at Work qualification.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and building standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office.
