Freelance Setting out Engineer for a project based in Milton Keynes. Needed ASAP. KIT Provided or Own KIT OUTSIDE IR35.

Job Details:

1. You will be undertaking and setting out duties.
2. Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work - Volumetric / Topos.
3. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are upheld.
4. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may occur.
5. Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

1. CSCS card / An industry applicable qualification.
2. CAD.
3. Self-motivated.
4. Be able to organise yourself.
5. Be able to work in a strong team environment.

General setting out of foundations, drainage, service ducting etc., as well as producing as-built records and QA.
