Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a civils/structures role on a water treatment site in Selborne, Hampshire. The freelance position focuses on setting out, trenching, drainage, and the construction of small reinforced concrete structures on a live civils scheme.

The role runs until April 2027 (6 months) with potential extension. Required CSCS card, Leica Total Station, GPS surveying, and a full UK driving licence to operate on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Engineer on civils/utilities schemes.
• Strong setting-out and surveying skills using Leica Total Station and GPS.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and level control for trenching and drainage works
• Overseeing installation of small RC structures, including formwork, reinforcement checks, and pours
• Ensuring works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Liaising with the site team on progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Maintaining accurate site records, as-built information, and quality documentation
