Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Site Administrator to support daily operations on a construction site. This on-site only role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with construction documentation, and the ability to manage multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update site documentation using SharePoint, MS Teams, and 4P/Viewpoint.

  • Manage site attendance records, labour timesheets, and material delivery logs.

  • Support site access control systems (e.g., Biosite, MSite) and generate reports.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, take minutes, and manage report deadlines.

  • Support waste management tracking and compliance documentation.

  • Handle general office tasks: requisitions, supplies, key management, and maintenance bookings.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

  • Familiar with Teams, SharePoint, PDF editors, and site access control software.

  • Prior on-site admin experience with understanding of RAMS, CSCS, inductions, etc.

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and editing skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Viewpoint, Conject, Business Collaborator.

  • Experience with material ordering and waste documentation.

  • Familiarity with construction plans (CPP, F10, Environmental Plans).

  • Basic understanding of health & safety principles.
