Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure – Luton Airport

• Location: Luton Airport (hybrid working considered)
• Rate: £500 – £550 per day (Outside IR35)
• Duration: 6 months + (with potential for extension)
• Start: ASAP

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a leading consultancy on high-profile infrastructure works at Luton Airport.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, offering exposure to major civil and infrastructure projects in a dynamic, high-value environment.

Role Overview:

• Lead commercial delivery of key infrastructure packages
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and change control
• Ensure accurate cost reporting and forecasting
• Collaborate closely with design and delivery teams
• Maintain compliance with contractual and commercial standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure or aviation projects
• Strong NEC3/4 contract knowledge
