Job title: Freelance Senior Producer

Summary: This role involves working exclusively for one of our major clients, collaborating with our existing team. We seek someone with a film-first background, experienced in producing both film and stills, ideally for fashion brands. Responsibilities include producing shoots in studio, on location, and abroad, ranging from large campaigns to social content and still life shoots. The position requires a commitment of 2-3 months, full-time, across pre-production, on-set, and post-production phases.

What you need:

  • Significant experience managing shoot productions in a creative or production agency.
  • Experience producing film and stills shoots in various environments, with a preference for fashion or beauty brands.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure, prioritise, and oversee multiple tasks.
  • Proven track record in executing multi-platform campaigns.
  • Extensive project budget management and scheduling experience.
  • Experience sourcing production services and art buying for photographers, directors, and teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Confidence in executing entire shoots.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, especially under pressure.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for agency and clients.
  • Existing industry contacts and relationships.
  • Initiative and proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage shoot briefs from the executive producer or directly from clients, from start to finish.
  • Handle financial aspects of shoots, including budgeting, billing, and closing jobs.
  • Organise all aspects of shoots, including studio, location, and overseas projects.
  • Coordinate multiple shoots simultaneously, ensuring all pre-production and on-set needs are met.
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers.
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Manage delivery schedules and communicate with clients.
  • Source locations, manage scouts, recce’s, and permits.
  • Complete risk assessments, release forms, and licenses.
  • Book teams, transportation, visas, and equipment.
  • Generate call sheets and liaise with local production companies.
  • Understand usage rights and buyout rates.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project objectives.
  • Negotiate costs and contracts with crew and talent.
  • Expand the roster of suppliers.
  • Interest in art buying and suggesting creative talent.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Please note: This role requires London office-based work 3 days a week, with additional days as needed for on-set or meetings.
