Job title: Freelance Senior Producer

Summary: This role involves working exclusively for one of our major clients, collaborating with our existing team. We seek someone with a Film-first background experienced in producing both Film and stills, preferably with fashion brand experience. You will produce shoots in studio, on location, and abroad, building a long-term relationship with this client, handling campaigns from large-scale to social content and still life shoots.

We require someone willing to commit to 2-3 month full-time stints across pre-production, on set, and post-production phases for multiple projects.

What you need:

  • Significant experience managing shoot productions in a creative or agency setting.
  • Experience producing film and stills in various settings, with fashion or beauty brand experience preferred.
  • Confidence in managing heavy workloads, prioritizing, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks.
  • Proven track record in executing multi-platform campaigns.
  • Extensive project budget management and scheduling experience.
  • Experience sourcing production services and art buying for photographers, directors, and teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, building strong relationships.
  • Confidence in executing entire shoots independently.
  • A positive attitude, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Existing industry relationships and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Managing shoot briefs from clients or executive producers through to completion.
  • Overseeing financial aspects of shoots, including budgeting, billing, and closing.
  • Organizing all types of shoots, including studio, location, and overseas.
  • Managing multiple shoots simultaneously, ensuring all pre-production and on-set needs are met.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and managing logistics.
  • Maintaining communication with clients and managing schedules.
  • Ensuring shoots are within budget and addressing risks proactively.
  • Handling location scouting, permits, risk assessments, and legal documentation.
  • Booking creative teams, transportation, visas, and equipment.
  • Generating call sheets and liaising with local production teams.
  • Understanding usage rights and buyout rates.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.
  • Negotiating costs and contracts with crew and talent.
  • Expanding the production roster and sourcing new suppliers.
  • Interest in art buying and suggesting creative talent.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Please note:

This role requires London office-based work three days a week, with additional days as needed for on-set or meetings.
