Job Title: Freelance Senior Producer

Summary: This role involves working solely for one of our major clients, collaborating with our existing team. We seek someone with a background in Film, experienced in producing both Film and Still shoots, ideally with fashion brand experience. The work includes studio, on-location, and abroad shoots, from large campaigns to smaller social content and still life projects. The position requires a commitment of 2-3 months, full-time, across pre-production, on-set, and post-production phases.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience managing shoot productions in a creative or agency setting.
  • Experience producing film and still shoots in various environments, with a preference for fashion or beauty brands.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure, prioritise effectively, and oversee multiple tasks.
  • Proven track record in executing multi-platform campaigns.
  • Extensive project budget management and scheduling experience.
  • Experience sourcing production services and art buying for photographers, directors, and teams.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Full confidence in executing entire shoots.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Existing industry relationships and contacts.
  • Initiative and proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage shoot briefs from the Executive Producer or directly from clients, from start to finish.
  • Handle financial aspects of shoots, including budgeting, supplier engagement, billing, and closure.
  • Organise all shoots, including studio, location, and international projects.
  • Coordinate multiple shoots simultaneously, ensuring all pre-production and on-set needs are met.
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Manage delivery schedules and communicate with clients.
  • Ensure shoots are within budget and communicate risks proactively.
  • Source locations, manage scouts and recce’s, and handle permits.
  • Complete risk assessments, release forms, and licenses.
  • Book teams, transportation, visas, and equipment.
  • Create call sheets and liaise with local production support.
  • Understand usage rights and buyout rates.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project objectives.
  • Negotiate costs and contracts.
  • Expand the production roster of suppliers.
  • Interest in Art Buying and sourcing creative talent.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Please note: This role requires London office-based work 3 days a week, with additional days as needed for on-set or meetings.
