Introduction

We’re looking for a Senior Events Producer to lead a multi-day influencer and music-focused event this fall. Big energy, big ideas, and seamless execution required.

Your tasks

• You lead end-to-end production of a high-profile, multi-day event

• You manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site logistics across borders

• You translate creative concepts into bold, real-world brand experiences

• You coordinate talent, guest experience, and press/influencer logistics

• You ensure flawless delivery from pre-production through to execution to wrap reports

Your skills

• You bring senior-level experience producing large-scale events across Europe

• You have led multi-day influencer, press, or brand activations

• You have produced music events from intimate gigs to full-scale festivals

• You maintain strong contacts with top-tier event partners across Western Europe

• You thrive under pressure and confidently manage complex productions

• You can commit ~20 hours/week starting ASAP in July, through October 2025, ideally based in London or Milan (remote working), with the potential to extend into future projects
