Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and edit high-quality TikTok videos that align with the brand voice and objectives.
2. Stay ahead of TikTok trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
3. Brainstorm and pitch original ideas for engaging TikTok campaigns.
4. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and drive growth.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure TikTok content aligns with broader marketing goals.
6. Take ownership of projects, delivering end-to-end content from idea generation to shooting and editing.
7. Ensure content is adaptable across multiple European markets.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience in TikTok content creation with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
2. Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
3. Deep knowledge of storytelling, hooks, and brand representation on social platforms.
4. Excellent video editing skills and proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
5. Ability to shoot content and edit in-app if required.
6. Understanding of TikTok's algorithm and analytics.
7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
8. Graphic design skills for presentations and content design.
