The brief:

We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is knowledgeable about TikTok.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Serve as the main contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Convert client goals into effective campaign plans aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to develop content that performs well.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas during brainstorms to develop concepts that appeal to TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Monitor live campaigns, analyze performance, and suggest optimizations.
• Trend tracking: Keep up with TikTok trends, creators, and cultural shifts to inform creative strategies.
